In today’s busy world, more and more people are suffering from burnout—perhaps even you. The good news… Burnout is NOT permanent.
Join me and my client, Jamal Fruster, for a powerful discussion on burnout, trauma, and community. In this episode, you’ll learn what it means to ‘hold space,’ how you continue to relinquish your power when you expect others to ‘fix’ you, why we need to have more conversations that matter, why you need to stop doing things that are out of integrity with your soul, 3 indicators of burnout, and how to make the shift from burnout to vitality.
